A few years ago, LG was one of the most reputed companies in the smartphone market. Now, the company doesn't impress the customers like other smartphone companies. The main reason behind this, LG doesn’t have a good update track record in terms of firmware updates for its older devices. Recently two LG phones have received the Android 10 update- LG G8 ThinQ and V50 ThinQ 5G.
A new press release from LG Italy reports that the company is planning to bring Android 10 in the form of LG’s UX 9.0 to nine more devices this year and brings many new features and renewed design.
These include the LG V40 ThinQ, international units of the V50 ThinQ, G8X ThinQ, G8S ThinQ, G7 ThinQ, K50S, K40S, K50, and Q60. Furthermore, there’s a new Desktop Mode that expands the user experience if you connect your handset to an external display.
