Recently LG has revealed chipset details and official images of the "LG Velvet" smartphone. But still, the company hasn't revealed hardware specs of this new mid-ranger. 

Now, the compnay has officially confirmed that the design-oriented smartphone- LG Velvet smartphone is arriving on May 7. LG has shared a launch date of LG Velvet through a video invitation on YouTube. Yesterday, LG has posted a 15-second video on Youtube that shows the colors of the phone using four-color drops highlighting the ‘raindrop rear cameras’. The company has revealed the launch date of LG Velvet at the end of the video.

The four colorful dots on the phone in the video represent the primary rear snapper, two secondary shooters, and the LED flash. The showed colors also represent that the LG Velvet arrives in Aurora White, Aurora Gray, Aurora Green, and Illusion Sunset color options.

Earlier, LG has confirmed that the phone will arrive with Snapdragon 765 SoC with 5G support, waterdrop notch style display, 3D arc design, and “Raindrop” camera.

Once it goes official, We come to know the pricing details of this phone.  The LG Velvet is expected to go on sale mid-May.
