Korean regulators conduct on-site inspections of bitcoin exchanges. 
According to an official notification published by the Office for the Coordination of Public Policy, the regulators conducted on-site inspections of more than a dozen bitcoins exchanges to determine whether they comply with the rules governing the trade in crypto currency. 

The inspectors were not satisfied with what they found, according to the update published after visiting the sites.
