The dual-SIM (Nano) Realme 5i comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ waterdrop notch style display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ for protection. The display has 89% of screen-to-body ratio and will give 480 nits of peak brightness.
The Realme 5i phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC and runs Android Pie with ColorOS 6.0.1 on top.
In terms of cameras, Realme 5i packs quad cameras on the rear side that includes a 12MP primary shooter with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.25 lens and a 118.9-degree viewing angle, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera with 4cm close-up range. On the front, the phone sport an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
Realme 5i packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. The phone comes with two variants of storage that includes 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB. There is a microSD card slot option to expand the memory up to 256GB.
The network Connectivity options on the Realme 5i include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and GPS. Sensors on the phone include a compass, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, and fingerprint sensor for authentication.
The realme 5i comes in Blue and Green colors, is priced at 3690000 VDN (US$ 160 / Rs. 11,530 approx.) The phone is already on sale in Vietnam, but it will be launched in India on January 9, 2020. The phone will be available in Flipkart on January 9.
