Vivo S5 was launched on November 14 in China. The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo S5 features a 6.44-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400) Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and up to 1200 nits of brightness.
Vivo S5 runs Funtouch OS 9.2 based on Android 9.0 Pie and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. The internal storage comes in two variants that include 128GB and 256GB.
For Photos and Videos, the diamond-shaped camera setup of the Vivo S5 sports four camera sensors that includes a 48MP primary camera with an f/1.79 lens and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture that has 120-degree of field of view (FoV), 2MP macro camera sensor with an f/2.4 lens and a 5MP depth sensor with an f/2.48 aperture. On the front, there is a punch-hole for a 32MP selfie camera.
Vivo S5 packs a 4100mAh battery that supports 22.5W flash charging technology.
Vivo S5 price in China is set at CNY 2,698 (around Rs.27,700) for the 8GB+128GB storage variant and the higher variant 8GB+256GB storage variant has been priced at CNY 2,998(around Rs.30,700).
