LinkedIn India has said the top 25 startups collectively created about 18,000 jobs in the past year and also it is expected to create more than 19,000 new employment opportunities in the next year. To be regarded for this year's list, companies had to be Seven years or younger, privately-held and should have 50 or more employees.

The Fve-year-old hospitality startup OYO , founded by Ritesh Agarwal when he was 18, is considered to be among the top hospitality chains in India. OYO is an India’s largest hotel network with more than 100,000 rooms in 230 cities. OYO is valued at more than $10 billion within this short period of time.
Over a last nine months,OYO has ventured into Malaysia, China and the UK and also it is planned to expand into Europe and the U.S within next year. This company is planning to hire over 10,000 people globally by the next year .
2.CureFit:

This three-year-old Cure.Fit wellness company has four offerings that is no-equipment gyms, health food, yoga and meditation centres, and primary care. This company offers both Online and offline services for mental healthcare, fitness, nutrition and therapy and They provide services through cult.fit, eat.fit, mind.fit & care.fit.products
CureFit has just raised $120 million from current investors and acquired premium gym chain Fitness First in a deal worth $30-35 million. One of the reason for this company growth is employee benefits. Because they offer flexible working hours, unlimited leave and food allowance.

7.Rivigo:

Five year old Logistic Business company, Rivigo comes second time in this top startup list. Its unique “driver relay model” helps to service major brands including Marks & Spencer and Maruti Suzuki.

Mumbai based Three year old digital insurance platform, Acko is a private sector general insurance company in India. It offers personalized policies based on customer behavior and data analytics.
