After many teasers, Oppo has finally confirmed the launch date of Oppo Reno 3 and Oppo Reno 3 Pro smartphones. The official oppo account on Weibo has shared the post that the smartphones will be unveiled on December 26 in China, alongside the Oppo Enco Free true wireless earbuds. Both the smartphones will run on Color OS 7 and comes with 5G support.
Oppo Reno 3 Specifications(Expected)
Ahead of the launch, the registration page for the Oppo Reno 3 in China has already shared the two phones' design.
Oppo Reno 3 5G will come with a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED full HD+ display(1080 x 2340) with waterdrop notch on the top front for placing a 16MP selfie camera. The phone has an under-screen fingerprint sensor for authentication.
The Reno 3 will run on Android 10 OS and will be powered by a 2.1GHz octa-core processor which is likely to be Helio P70 chipset. The phone comes with an 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of onboard storage with a microSD card slot to expand the storage up to 256GB.
In terms of camera, the Oppo Reno 3 will have a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-camera setup with an LED flash on the rear side. It will pack a 3,935mAh battery and it will run on Android 10.
Oppo Reno 3 will arrive in White and Blue colors.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro Specifications(Expected)
Oppo Reno 3 Pro will feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED Full HD+ curved display with punch-hole design, which is located at the top-left corner.
The phone will run on Android 10 and will be powered by a 2.4GHz octa-core processor which is Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset, paired with 8G of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. There is no microSD card slot for additional storage.
The Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G phone will have a quad rear camera setup of 48MP + 13MP + an 8MP + 2MP sensors. The phone will sport a 32MP of selfie camera. It will be backed up a 3935mAh minimum rated (4025mAh typical) battery with 30W rapid support.
The company has also teased that it will unveil the Oppo Enco Free true wireless earbuds at the same event on December 26. Ahead of the launch, the official images of the Oppo Enco Free earbuds have been shared by the Oppo. It will come in black, pink, and white color options. Their design looks quite similar to Huawei FreeBuds 2. As of now, there is no word on their specifications and features yet. We will come to know the full details on December 26.
