Realme has unveiled two smartphones on November 20 in India - One is the premium flagship phone Realme X2 Pro and the other one is the most affordable smartphone Realme 5s. Realme has also launched the Realme X2 Pro Master Edition phone in the same event, and it is confirmed to arrive during Christmas.
Realme X2 Pro has been already made debut in Europe and China. The highlights of Realme X2 Pro include 50W fast charging, 90Hz display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+, and quad rear camera setup with a 64MP primary camera.
Realme 5s is the successor of Realme 5 Pro that was launched in India a few months back. The phone is quite similar to the Realme 5 and comes with the upgraded 48MP camera and new crystal Red color scheme.
Realme X2 Pro, Realme 5s Prices & Availability
Realme X2 Pro price in India is set at Rs. 29,999 for the 8GB+128GB storage variant, while the 12GB+256GB storage variant model has been priced at Rs. 33,999.
The Realme X2 Pro Master Edition (Red Brick and Concrete variants) carries a price tag of Rs. 34,999 and it comes only in 12GB RAM + 256GB storage options.
Realme 5s with the base variant(4GB RAM / 64GB) costs Rs. 9,999, while the 4GB RAM / 128GB storage variant model will be available for Rs. 10,999.
The Realme X2 Pro and Realme 5s will go on sale on Flipkart and Realme.com. Later, these phones will be available in offline stores. The Realme X2 Pro's first sale will be held on 26 November, while the first sale of Realme 5s will start on 29 November. Realme X2 Pro Master Edition will be available for purchase from around Christmas next month.
Realme X2 Pro Specifications
Realme X2 Pro features 6.5 inches Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate and 1080 x 2400 display resolution. The display panel is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Realme X2 Pro runs on Android 9.0 pie with Color OS 6.1 and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC.
Realme X2 Pro was launched in Lunar White and Neptune Blue colors.
Realme X2 Pro, the battery capacity is 4000mAh and comes with 50W SuperVOOC flash charge support. Also, Realme has provided 18W USB PD and Quick Charge support. This phone comes with three variants of storage that include 6GB+64GB, 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB.
In terms of Camera, This Realme X2 Pro consists of 16MP front-facing camera and it supports portrait shots. The quad rear camera setup has four cameras including 64MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens, 13MP secondary sensor with an f/2.5 telephoto lens, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 115-degree field of view and f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The Network Connectivity features on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. It has an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor and supports an on-display fingerprint sensor.
This phone's design is the same as Redmi K20 Pro and OnePlus 7T. The Realme X2 Pro should be the best competitor for these phones.
Realme 5s Specifications
An upgraded version of the Realme 5, the Realme 5s features a 6.51-inch HD+ display(720 x 1600 pixels) with a waterdrop notch. Around the back, it has a fingerprint sensor and a diamond-cut pattern.
The dual SIM(nano) smartphone runs on Android 9.0 Pie OS and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM.
Realme 5s packs a 5,000mAh battery and it comes in two variants of internal storage that include 64GB and 128GB.
For photos and videos, the device has a quad-camera setup at the back with the 48MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an 119-degree (±1.5-degree) field of view and an f/2.25 aperture, a 2MP dedicated macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP portrait camera with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfie, there is a 13MP front-facing camera.
The Realme 5s is available in Crystal Red, Crystal Blue, and Crystal Purple colors.
