Tipster Mukul Sharma tweeted that the Mi Note 10 and Mi CC9 Pro will indeed share a lot of the same features, but will offer different processors.
As per variant Certification leaks, Both the models share the same model number-M1910f4e. Since both the phones have the same highlights, Mi Note 10 is expected to be a rebranded version of Mi CC9 Pro outside China.
Apart from the camera specs, Xiaomi has not shared any other details of Mi Note 10.
The company hasn't even revealed the launch date of Mi Note 10 in India. We can expect to launch this phone globally after it debuts in its home market.

Assuming Mi Note 10 and Mi CC9 Pro are the same device, we can say a lot more about Mi Note 10. Mi Note 10 not only comes with 108MP Primary camera, also it will have a 20MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 117-degree FoV, a telephoto lens, a macro camera, and a 12MP portrait camera.
A leak suggests that the Mi CC9 Pro's telephoto lens features10x hybrid zoom and 50x digital zoom capability. It is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 730G SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB ROM.
The device is said to be priced at Yuan 2,599 or Rs 26,000.
Given Mi CC9 Pro debuts on November 5 in China, we will have all the details about the Mi Note 10. Further, Mi Note 10 Pro is rumored to launch along with Mi Note 10. however, there is no word from Xiaomi on the details of the Mi Note 10 Pro right now.
