The phone has 6.4"(16.21cm) Super AMOLED FHD+ Infinity U display with 1080x2340 pixels display resolution which gives you an immersive viewing experience.

Samsung Galaxy M30s is powered by 1.7GHz octa-core(4x2.3 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4x1.7 GHz Cortex-A53) Samsung Exynos 9611 processor and the RAM of 4GB and 6GB.

The phone internal memory capacity is 64GB and 128GB that can be expandable up to 512GB via microSD card.

In terms of camera, it has a 16MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture and consists of three cameras on the rear side including 48MP primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture, 5MP depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a third 8MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
